Every connection to welcomeUSA is encrypted in transit, and your information is encrypted at rest. We do not keep unencrypted copies of your case.
The site and product run on modern cloud infrastructure behind a global network that filters attacks before they reach any system that holds data. Systems are kept up to date, and every change is reviewed before it goes live.
Card payments are handled by our payment provider on their systems. Your full card number is never stored on our systems.
Inside the company, access to case data is limited to the people and systems that need it to serve you. Support answers product questions; it does not browse cases.
For VAWA, T visa, and U visa cases, federal law — 8 U.S.C. § 1367 — prohibits the government from disclosing information about your case. We keep those cases confidential on our side as well.
You stay in control: you decide when and how to file, you can download your own materials, and you can delete your account and your data at any time. Deletion is honored on our systems and purged from backups on a short, fixed schedule.
